Requirements

Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets are essential, along with familiarity with data modeling, metric design, and scalable reporting.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst for Onboarding will own the development of a robust reporting framework for Onboarding, bringing structure and scalability to a currently fragmented ecosystem. They will partner closely with onboarding, product, and data teams to define key onboarding metrics, build dashboards, and enable self-serve analytics, and deliver insights to stakeholders across the company. Furthermore, they will develop, maintain, and optimize reporting tools in Looker, ensuring data is reliable and actionable, and collaborate with data engineers and analytics engineers to model onboarding data and ensure pipelines are accurate and aligned with business logic.
