Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and ideally have 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on growth products. Demonstrated experience in consumer financial technology is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of user research, data analysis, and A/B testing methodologies.
The Senior Product Designer, Growth will be responsible for designing user experiences across Wealthfront’s core products and strategic initiatives, leveraging qualitative research, product data, and business objectives to drive impactful experiments and scale successful solutions. They will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, researchers, and other stakeholders to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and ensure a seamless user experience. The role also involves advocating for user-centered design principles and contributing to the overall design strategy for the Growth team.
