Requirements

Candidates should possess a proven track record of running hundreds of randomized controlled experiments, delivering 100%+ gains on key performance indicators, and operationalizing learnings through organization-wide rollouts. Strong statistical and data science skills are essential, including a deep understanding of signal, noise, power, and alternative test designs, particularly in non-ideal learning environments. Experience with advanced experimentation engines, roadmaps, and methodologies for advertising and content is required, as is the ability to design experiments that test one data model or technology versus another.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Marketing Experimentation will own and operate Spreetail’s advanced experimentation engines, roadmaps, and methodologies for advertising and content, working with a talented team to drive a learning roadmap from hypothesis generation to delivering causal learning runs. They will monitor and analyze experiment results, communicate insights to executives, and manage up to prioritize learning initiatives. The role involves systematically driving a learning roadmap, conducting MDEs and pre/post-test analyses, and ensuring that learnings are effectively implemented across the company.
