Familiarity with building integrations, innovative solutions, and open-source projects is also required.
The Senior Customer Insights Analyst will serve as a consultant and advisor, building and maintaining relationships with customers to derive clear business value from the partnership. They will engage with new customers to help deliver specific business initiatives, conduct FullStory-driven analyses, and present actionable insights. Additionally, the analyst will advise customers on best practices to enhance data maturity, design project plans, and deliver summaries and presentations about technical deliverables directly to customers.
