Requirements

Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in an analytics role, with a proven history of influencing business outcomes through data, ideally within SaaS, finance, sales, marketing, product, or customer success domains. Proficiency in SQL for analytical data warehouses like Snowflake and business intelligence tools such as Tableau is essential, including the ability to write complex queries with multi-table joins, aggregations, CTEs, and conditional filters. Experience managing diverse and complex data sources is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate with senior leaders and business stakeholders to produce trusted analytics and insights for measuring company performance, aiming to reduce time to insight and increase internal alignment. Key duties include delivering high-impact analytical insights, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, partnering with cross-functional teams like finance, product, marketing, sales, and engineering, and crafting analyses, reports, and dashboards that adhere to high standards. The role also involves experimenting with new tools and technologies, including GenAI, advocating for data quality improvements, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for data visualization and analysis, and supporting business teams in leveraging customer and behavioral data.
