The ideal candidate has experience in serving employers and health plans in the health benefits space, is exceptional at building and managing multi-threaded relationships with benefit leaders and senior benefits executives, and thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Fluency in payer priorities and regulatory environments is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Success Manager will serve as the client's trusted advisor and strategic partner, supporting the evolution and successful execution of their cancer benefit strategy while guiding them through implementation, engagement, and expansion. This role involves building a strong foundation for serving national and regional health plans and health systems, aligning implementation and client success infrastructure, and strategizing against a hybrid book of business initially. Responsibilities include owning the entire post-sales lifecycle, including client onboarding, enrollment, engagement, strategic advisement, and renewal. The role also entails owning and maintaining a high client NPS and renewal rate, proactively identifying issues, strategizing on solutions, and securing expansion and upsell opportunities. Additionally, the manager will establish and deepen multi-threaded relationships across health plan clients and translate complex client goals into strategic plans.
