Requirements

Candidates must have the ability to travel to the Midwest and/or West Coast, significant experience in a growth role or extensive experience partnering with and selling through payers for ASO or other lines of business, and a quantifiable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets or OKRs. They should also possess the ability to present clearly to key decision makers, have consultative selling experience including collaboration with an indirect sales team, and the ability to proactively manage pipeline and willingness to leverage Salesforce.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will execute sales strategy for payer partners, manage pilots and initiatives to grow accounts and improve product performance, and champion Maven by activating large partners internally. They will lead the development and presentation of growth reviews within client QBRs, manage and progress pipeline opportunities for growth, and track and report on partner KPIs to demonstrate success. Additionally, they will build bottom-up and top-down relationships across payer organizations to drive buy-in and understanding of Maven's value proposition, empower direct sales teams to sell Maven through partners, and establish regular touchpoints with payer leaders. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally to surface growth opportunities and supporting the development and delivery of business cases linking expansion to outcomes, ROI, and member satisfaction.
