Candidates should have extensive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in a SaaS environment. A strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and familiarity with Customer Experience (CX), UX research, and product design lifecycles are required. Candidates must be confident facilitating QBRs and workshops, comfortable operating high-and-wide within accounts, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, project, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Salesforce and Planhat is a bonus.
The Senior Customer Success Manager will drive success, retention, and growth within the customer base by acting as a strategic advisor and advocate.
