Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience working with enterprise customers in a Customer Success or Account Management role at a SaaS company. Supply chain industry experience is preferred, and bilingual proficiency is a plus. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong multitasking, prioritization, cross-functional work ability in a fast-paced environment, and a drive for efficiency and timely, quality-focused problem resolution.
The Customer Success Manager will own the overall relationship with assigned customers, focusing on increasing adoption, driving usage, ensuring retention, and maintaining satisfaction. They will establish themselves as a trusted strategic advisor, drive continued value from FourKites' products and services, and develop customers for advocacy. Key duties include working with customers to set and achieve critical goals, facilitating executive business reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, and advocating for customer needs internally across departments, including managing account escalations.
