Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or an equivalent combination of experience and education, along with 7+ years of related experience in Legal Technology or Professional Services products and services, and 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server queries and stored procedures, coupled with a solid understanding of relational database structure and normalization, is required, as well as experience with SSRS reports/Power BI development, extended knowledge of data extraction and integration technologies including REST, ODATA, SOAP, (S)FTP, HTTP(S), JSON, and XML, and familiarity with Aderant Design Studio.

Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant will provide application guidance to clients, analyze and resolve complex application and technical issues, deliver new integrations and customizations, perform maintenance activities for client integrations, stay current with application releases, report back to senior management, provide mentorship to junior team members, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, build trusted relationships, ensure service delivery according to SLAs, attend backlog review meetings, contribute to the team Knowledge Base, provide best practices guidance, work with cross-functional teams, and attend client meetings.
