Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of strong Data Analytics experience and at least 6 years of technical experience in SQL with advanced T-SQL skills. A minimum of 2 years of experience with Power BI, Databricks, Power Apps, and Power Automate is required, along with advanced skills in reporting tools like SSRS or SSIS. Knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare services, advanced data analytics and reporting experience with large, complex datasets, and expertise in Microsoft Office applications are also necessary. Proven experience consulting with business partners, strong communication skills, critical thinking, initiative, and the ability to work independently are essential. A minimum download speed of 25 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps is recommended for home-based work.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer will develop and maintain T-SQL queries and stored procedures, design and implement scalable data models, and utilize Power Platforms to create interactive dashboards and reports. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements, performing data analysis to identify trends, presenting findings to leadership, and mentoring junior team members. The role involves translating business needs into technical specifications and providing technical guidance.
