Requirements

A proven track record of driving and scaling 0-to-1 initiatives into durable processes or programs is required, along with experience in technology, marketplace, online retail, or platform businesses.

Responsibilities

The Senior Commercial Strategy & Category Manager will launch new category initiatives, acting as both strategic owner and operational driver, and ensure alignment with company priorities. They will lead cross-functional teams without direct authority to deliver measurable improvements, design and refine models for evaluating opportunities, and develop clear OKRs and KPIs. Responsibilities also include crafting and delivering executive-level presentations, defining and scaling best practices for Category Management, and translating performance data, market trends, and customer insights into actionable growth strategies.
