Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in complex sales, channel, and business development at enterprise software companies, with a focus on building and scaling channel programs. Proven experience in developing and executing channel strategies that have successfully driven growth and revenue in cybersecurity and SaaS is required. Deep relationships with key named National Partners, a track record of exceeding sales targets, and experience working in a high-growth or startup environment are essential. Strong consultative selling skills with executive-level relationship-building abilities within partner organizations and referenceable success in growing partner business in Cybersecurity and SaaS ecosystems are necessary. The ability to develop and deliver impactful partner enablement, training, and go-to-market strategies, strong organizational skills, a self-starter mentality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely are also required. High energy, accountability, and a results-oriented approach with a passion for building world-class channel partnerships are expected. The role requires the ability to travel up to 50% and fluency in Dutch, both verbally and in writing. This is a 6-month contract position and a remote opportunity in the Netherlands.
The Senior Channel Account Manager will drive revenue growth through strategic National Partners by developing joint business plans, setting sales targets, and executing go-to-market strategies. They will develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with executive and senior leadership at key National Partner organizations to drive mindshare and commitment to 1Password solutions. Responsibilities include expanding and optimizing the partner ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, and activating new partners, and leading joint selling efforts with partners, including account mapping, co-selling strategies, and pipeline development to accelerate revenue. The role involves enabling and empowering partners by delivering effective sales training, marketing programs, and demand generation initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Channel Account Manager will work cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to drive alignment and maximize partner impact, and leverage data-driven insights to measure partner performance, adjust strategies, and maximize success.
