Requirements

Candidates should have experience working with or partnering with law firms and insurance companies, with prior experience in these verticals being an advantage. A strong understanding of cybersecurity, cyber risks, and competitive offerings is essential, along with familiarity with targeted cyber attacks and incident response. The role requires self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, passionate relationship building, and strong negotiating abilities. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are necessary, as is the ability to create and deliver value propositions, identify and influence key decision-makers, and succeed in a quota-driven business development environment. The candidate must be capable of closing partner opportunities, driving accountability, and demonstrating an aptitude for understanding how technology products solve business problems, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will develop and execute strategies to achieve referral revenue goals for the region by identifying and engaging potential referral partners. Responsibilities include educating partners on CrowdStrike's services and value proposition, developing and driving product sales programs through partner channels, and establishing contractual frameworks for referral engagements. The manager will support partners on referred engagements, coordinate internally to ensure service delivery, and conduct business reviews to assess performance, identify new business potential, and establish future strategies. They will also develop new business opportunities independently and cooperatively, maintain senior executive relationships within the partner ecosystem, and accurately forecast business objectives based on ecosystem knowledge and referral opportunities.
