Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, or as a data architect, is required, along with 7+ years of experience using a leading BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma for dashboard and report development.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will lead stakeholder interviews to understand business problems and data needs, and design, build, manage, and monitor reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities include analyzing large datasets using tools like Tableau Prep and SQL, developing interactive visualizations, recommending metric definitions, and partnering with BI Engineering to define data models. The role also involves troubleshooting BI solutions, performing quality assurance on data sources and dashboards, developing training materials, and mentoring junior team members.
