A strong background in managing and growing commercial client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to key accounts, is required. Deep familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and AI-driven support technologies, including chatbots, NLP, and predictive analytics, is necessary. The role also requires experience collaborating with solutions architecture teams to position integrated service offerings that deliver measurable business impact and a solid understanding of customer experience, player support, and community engagement strategies within digital entertainment or tech environments. The ability to work cross-functionally with central teams to drive divisional growth and support organizational objectives is also important.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Development Manager will lead the expansion of Player Engagement services across the EMEA region by developing and executing go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies and services, with a focus on high-growth gaming and digital entertainment clients. This role involves leading complex, consultative sales cycles by identifying client challenges and aligning solutions to deliver measurable, long-term impact. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects and product teams, is key to designing tailored offerings that integrate human support, AI, and automation. The manager will leverage data-driven insights to accurately forecast pipeline, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize sales performance and operational efficiency. Building and nurturing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor on player support, customer experience, and community engagement innovation, is a core responsibility. Additionally, the role requires representing Keywords Studios at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase capabilities and generate qualified business opportunities, driving new business growth across the Player Engagement portfolio.
