Candidates must have over 5 years of sales experience in SaaS companies within the healthcare industry, with at least 7 years of enterprise sales experience. A proven sales track record and existing VP+ relationships within payer organizations are essential. Domain expertise in Value Based Care, Risk Adjustment, Utilization Management, HEDIS, and member engagement is required, along with a general understanding of cloud infrastructures within Enterprise Healthcare Provider organizations. Candidates should be able to travel up to 50%.
The Sales Executive will own a territory of Enterprise Healthcare IDNs and Payer organizations, managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to negotiation and contracting. They will define and implement territory sales plans to build a network of key clients and advocates, collaborating with executive leadership, Marketing, and product teams to optimize growth strategies. The role also involves approaching the market with a beginner's mind, providing feedback to product teams, and managing organizational relationships to interpret performance metrics and create solutions for client needs.
