Candidates must have significant experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with a proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar targets. Experience selling B2B SaaS technology and CX solutions into enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders is required, as is experience selling digital tools into the contact center space and deep contact center software industry product knowledge. Outstanding communication and presentation skills are necessary, along with the ability to clearly articulate complex AI solutions to multiple stakeholders. A strong interest in operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and the ability to successfully communicate and partner with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders are also required.
The Enterprise Business Development Executive will maintain and grow a pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities, identifying and pursuing existing and upsell opportunities to achieve revenue quotas. They will develop an in-depth understanding of prospective customers' businesses to tailor solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of Fuel iX through executive-level presentations. Responsibilities include establishing and cultivating relationships with senior-level contacts at target accounts, exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals, and driving expertise in solution selling and managing the sales cycle for complex business offerings. The role also involves collaborating with internal partners and operations teams, staying abreast of AI, Machine Learning, and Customer Experience industry trends, and providing accurate sales updates, reports, and forecasts to leadership.
