Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a sales
  • Proven background in working with 4PL & 3PL international logistics companies
  • Experienced in LTL, Road Logistics Sales with Customer Networks
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree of all major
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels (highly advantageous)
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
  • Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong competency in Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, and Influencing
  • Hands-on knowledge of Customer Relationship Mgmt. (Salesforce) & Business Intelligence systems
  • Good analytical capability for market mapping
