Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in Travel and Accident & Health insurance in the U.S. (or 4 years additional experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Active Life, Accident & Health Insurance license in a domiciled U.S. state, or obtain one within the first 90 days
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proven sales and relationship management experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Latin America
  • Strong understanding of competitive dynamics in Travel and Accident & Health markets

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable new business growth for strategic product lines across both U.S. and International Group segments
  • Maximize PALIG’s cross-border opportunities, with a focus on Travel, Accident, and Occupational Accident Insurance
  • Manage specific sales opportunities through proactive communication and collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans that align with cross-border growth initiatives
  • Establish market-specific guidelines for evaluating new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify strategic market gaps and develop actionable solutions
  • Partner with third-party organizations to address gaps and ensure seamless execution of initiatives
  • Monitor and execute strategic initiatives across multiple markets to ensure alignment with PALIG’s organizational goals
  • Assess market opportunities and implement tailored solutions that align with sponsor-driven engagement strategies
