Requirements

Candidates must have 5-20 years of relevant working experience and a Graduate Degree in IT or Computer Science. They should have implemented multiple large-scale RLOS solutions in the last 5+ years and possess hands-on experience managing complex business requirements. A deep understanding of Retail Banking concepts, loan processes and operations, including Loan Origination, Loan Service/Management, and Credit Policy rules, is essential. Familiarity with Retail Banking Operations and Functions, especially in Retail Lending, is required. Hands-on experience with various rule engines and process automation tools, along with knowledge of project lifecycles and methodologies like waterfall or agile, is necessary. Excellent presentation and communication skills, a positive mindset, and a can-do attitude are also required. Experience with Core Banking Systems, Banking operations, End of Day & Data sync processes, API, and other Integrations is beneficial. Experience in Retail Internet and Mobile Banking Applications is a plus, and any certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst will analyze all business requirements and provide detailed specifications. They will conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions using a wide variety of analysis methodologies. The analyst will be responsible for converting concepts into visual diagrams and processes using tools such as MS Visio, Balsamiq, and Adobe XD. Additionally, they will identify gaps between existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions.
