The Loan Processor Supervisor will lead and mentor a team of Loan Processors and Team Leads, ensuring adherence to company, state, and federal policies and procedures for loan originations, servicing, regulatory compliance, and quality. This role involves hiring, training, and coaching employees, implementing departmental changes, answering employee questions, conducting one-on-one meetings, identifying operational issues, monitoring and evaluating employee performance, preparing reports, analyzing data, and collaborating with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure proper floor coverage.
