Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Credit Analysis and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. They must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing with appropriate detail, judgment, and discretion at all levels of the organization, including senior management. A basic knowledge of financial, accounting, and additional support systems is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Credit Analyst will be responsible for the credit granting process, including consistent application of credit policy, periodic credit reviews, and assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers. They will analyze, evaluate, and report on the company's credit activities, assist in developing and enhancing risk assessments and credit policies, and perform ongoing monitoring of credit practices for compliance. Duties include identifying improvement opportunities, supporting synergies in credit screening and fraud prevention, responding to customer inquiries, assessing service provider performance, processing bankruptcy notifications and credits, and managing relationships with outside collection agencies.
