Responsibilities

The Senior Associate Consultant will assess contract management processes and technologies, develop strategic roadmaps for implementation, and optimize existing CLM tools. They will also select CLM solutions, implement them with business process and technical expertise, and enhance programs through process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include managing projects, providing configuration support, coordinating teams, managing project plans, interacting with client stakeholders, spearheading change management, preparing steering committee materials, supporting implementation through hands-on configuration, providing guidance, and developing client relationships through exceptional service delivery. This includes facilitating workshops, developing and presenting recommendations, creating CLM process documentation, identifying test scenarios, defining change management strategies, and partnering with client teams to develop training curriculum and materials.
