Candidates should have at least 7 years of demonstrated sales and channel track record of success, working with managed service providers, System Integrators, and/or Value Added Reseller Partners. A proven track record as a key stakeholder in building partner programs, ecosystems, and Partner Go-To-Market strategies is required. Strong networking, business development, and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to influence others both externally and internally and build consensus across various functional groups. The candidate should also demonstrate an ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges and convey compelling value propositions.
The Senior Alliances Manager will recruit, manage, and enable partners to drive AuditBoard revenue and product adoption. Responsibilities include assisting partner and sales leadership in shaping the partner experience and Go-To-Market strategy, achieving revenue and pipeline targets, and building a solid partner ecosystem. The role involves activating new contacts within global alliance partners, developing growth initiatives aligned with partner strategies, and collaborating to set and achieve measurable strategic goals. Additionally, the manager will build awareness and adoption of the AuditBoard platform, increase partner-driven sales through territory strategies and joint activities, and plan/execute marketing activities and events. Serving as a primary AuditBoard point of contact for partner executives, supporting sales activities, and working across the AuditBoard organization to drive strategic partner initiatives and enablement are also key duties.
