About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing large, complex business deals, playing a pivotal role in accelerating our sales trajectory. You will encounter diverse industries and client use cases, offering continuous challenges and opportunities to craft tailored business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Sell Solutions: Identify significant problems for large companies across research, marketing, and human resources, and collaborate with customers to build effective solutions.
- Drive Revenue: Communicate the value proposition of Tremendous to help sales prospects achieve their business objectives. We offer uncapped commission and excellent support.
- Hunt Creatively: Proactively identify and engage potential prospects. Target specific verticals, build referral networks, and leverage existing relationships to source approximately one-third of your own deals.
- Be Ambitious: Contribute to a team of achievers in a fast-growing product environment, with opportunities for personal growth, increased responsibility, and significant upside.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Commercial and Mid-Market SaaS sales.
- A consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent presentation and clear, concise communication skills.
- Strong business acumen to identify and create new sales opportunities.
- Proven ability in outbound sales and a willingness to source a portion of your own deals.
