Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail, with at least 3 years of enterprise software or security technologies sales experience selling into large and complex organizations, specifically within the DACH/Benelux region. They must possess the ability to manage a strong sales process using both in-person and online presentation tools, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a proven track record of over-performing in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment through new business development.

Responsibilities

The Senior Account Executive will drive enterprise revenue growth through strategic prospecting, lead qualification, and closing high-value deals with FTSE 250 organizations. Responsibilities include engaging C-suite executives to position HackerOne as a strategic security partner, owning and managing complex sales cycles, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and conducting presentations and demonstrations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging Salesforce, MEDDPICC, and Command of the Message methodologies, and utilizing existing and building new prospect and partner networks.
