The Segment Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market strategy for the sales and marketing professional segment, focusing on driving acquisition, activation, and expansion. This role involves shaping strategic vision through go-to-market planning and lifecycle campaigns, building the market story for these audiences, and acting as the expert on their needs. Responsibilities include working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams to understand pain points and translate them into high-impact programs and campaigns. Key duties involve owning the end-to-end customer journey and messaging for the segment, leading integrated demand and lifecycle marketing programs, and equipping go-to-market teams with necessary tools and content. The manager will also drive persona-based thought leadership strategies, serve as the central source of truth for segment insights, and partner with Product to track adoption and ensure messaging alignment.
