About the Team

As part of the Marketing & Strategy insights team, segment marketing managers own the go-to-market strategy for one of our defined audiences. In this role, you’ll focus on collecting and translating market, competitor, and customer insights into thoughtfully designed & orchestrated marketing campaigns that activate & engage both prospects and existing customers.

Your Mission

You will focus on driving acquisition, activation, and expansion among sales and marketing professionals. You will shape the strategic vision for these segments by leading go-to-market planning and lifecycle campaigns that connect directly with how sales and marketing teams align, plan, and execute within collaborative workstreams. You’ll build and own the market story for these audiences, balancing awareness with retention, and acting as the go-to expert on their needs, behaviors, and opportunities. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement to deeply understand pain points, key use cases, and product impact—then turn those insights into high-impact programs, tools, and campaigns that fuel adoption and differentiation.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey and messaging for our sales and marketing customer segment, including personas and journeys (e.g., enablement leads, account executives, rev ops).
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to uncover insights, pain points, and opportunities, translating them into targeted go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead integrated demand and lifecycle marketing programs, including webinars, ABM, sales-led campaigns, and enablement playbooks.
  • Equip go-to-market teams with tools, narratives, and content to help sales, marketing, and customer success teams engage effectively with prospects and customers.
  • Drive persona-based thought leadership and engagement strategies across digital channels to elevate brand relevance and authority.
  • Speak for your segment, serving as the central source of truth, bringing back stories, insights, and trends that shape company-wide decisions.
  • Partner with Product to track adoption and utilization, identify opportunities for deeper engagement, and ensure messaging aligns with the roadmap.

What You'll Bring

  • SaaS experience is required (familiarity with SaaS metrics, digital channels, and product-led growth models).
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven record of developing, launching, and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience marketing to sales and marketing teams, including revenue operations and enablement audiences; bonus for experience with technical or brand-focused buyers.
  • Skilled at translating customer insights into actionable strategies, with experience in both quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, confident in presentations and public speaking.
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and decision-making.

Compensation

The base salary for this role ranges from $112,000 - $150,000 + bonus + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
