Requirements

  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree (for Consultant); in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Economics, or comparable study (for Manager)
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Minimum of 2 years of functional and/or technical experience in HR IT (Consultant); 2-5 years hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (EC, REC, ONB, LMS, PMGM, S&CD) (Manager)
  • Experience in designing and/or implementing SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong and proven analytical mindset
  • Operational experience in an HR-related role is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support clients across key HR functions: Recruitment, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning and Performance Management
  • Monitor and deliver project deliverables: defining, analyzing and implementing business processes, configuring SuccessFactors and possible integrations, testing, and supervising Go-Live
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and solutions as needs evolve
  • Participate in quality assurance activities related to HR IT systems
  • Advise clients on best practices, HR IT strategy improvements, and implementation
  • Help clients optimize HR IT systems through consulting, analysis, implementations, and configurations
  • Implement solutions focused on strategic HR approach using latest SAP SuccessFactors solutions and functionalities
  • Advise and guide implementations of latest HR technologies and trends (e.g., (Gen)AI, SAP WorkZone, Qualtrics, Big Data, Visual design) using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Cloud Platform apps
