Requirements

Candidates must have 3-5 years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of selling into large Consumer Business Services accounts. A minimum of 3 years of experience selling services and software, specifically within CBS companies, is required. Strong industry knowledge and a robust network with channel partners, particularly Salesforce, are essential. Prior experience with Salesforce and selling end-to-end implementations of complex technology solutions is necessary. Additionally, all applicable Salesforce certifications must be acquired and maintained.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Account Executive will manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead management, qualification, evaluation, closing deals, and account care. This role involves partnering closely with Salesforce Sales and Customer Success organizations, including Core AEs & SEs within CBS. The individual will be a quota-carrying top performer focused on acquiring new logos and contributing to the company's sales and high growth targets. Responsibilities also include collaborating with Account Management, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to capitalize on new market opportunities, maintaining updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce, and ensuring a high level of customer experience by delivering quality and timely responses.
