Responsibilities

Achieve personal goals and assist new business team members in meeting KPIs through experience sharing
Use real-time omnichannel business intelligence to analyze market, category, and channel opportunities in the region/field to identify opportunities for increasing market share at customer/client levels
Leverage business analytics data and customer insights to continuously analyze growth potential in the region, develop omnichannel engagement strategies, and position Abbott as the preferred brand
Integrate customer omnichannel engagement strategies, develop, and support execution of customer plans
Implement marketing plans with medical representatives for target customers/clients, including teaching, execution, and tracking plan impact/success
Provide progressive real-time training and feedback to medical representatives on all aspects of customer interaction processes, including observation
Accelerate digital knowledge and application among medical representatives through coaching, training, and leading by example
Build and maintain relationships with customers/clients across digital, remote/virtual, and face-to-face channels to increase awareness and loyalty for Abbott brand products
Collaborate with training/SFE departments to identify knowledge and skill gaps in the team, optimize team performance, develop individual development plans, and enhance overall regional/field capabilities
Provide direct, ongoing support to field medical representatives through collaborative problem-solving, coaching, training, feedback, and escalation
Develop and expand KOL networks in the region/field to influence all levels of clients (not just HCPs)
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing to collect and interpret customer and market behavior data, and translate omnichannel engagement data into real-world activities
Demonstrate integrity and transparency, set an example for ethical behavior, and comply with laws and regulations
