Requirements
- Excellent Spoken English: Must have correct American intonation and pronunciation, especially in verbs and nouns.
- Conversational English: Ability to carry in-depth, natural conversations in English – not just formal business talk.
- Demeanor: Polite, humble, and soft-spoken demeanor – able to serve with a smile even over the phone.
- Listening Skills: Strong listening skills and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities
- Phone Engagement: Engage with customers over the phone (50% inbound, 50% outbound calls).
- Follow-Up: Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and requests with professionalism and patience.
- Customer Service: Provide efficient and accurate service while offering a friendly and approachable experience.
- Call Etiquette: Maintain proper call etiquette, showing empathy, attentiveness, and clarity.
- Data Management: Accurately manage and calculate sales data – ensuring there are no errors in orders or amounts.
- CRM & Tools: Use CRM and internal tools for documentation and follow-ups.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and customer needs.
- Schedule Adherence: Adhere to a fixed schedule aligned with New York business hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM NY time).
