Membership Associate (Sales Associate)
Position Overview
Facet, recognized as one of America's fastest-growing private companies, is seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join our team as Membership Associates (Sales Associates). In this role, you will work within a call center environment, leveraging your excellent communication skills and understanding of Facet's financial planning approach to help expand our reach to millions of underserved Americans. You will serve as the initial point of contact for prospects, effectively representing Facet's mission, brand, and value. This position offers exceptional training and uncapped earning potential in a fast-paced sales environment for individuals dedicated to continuous learning and hard work.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Proactively engage prospects through outbound sales campaigns.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for our brand, sharing Facet’s mission and value.
- Build strong rapport and relationships while delivering an exceptional prospect experience.
- Qualify prospects through outbound calls, converting them into scheduled meetings for sales.
- Pass qualified prospects to the sales team to fuel their pipeline and generate revenue.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in a call center environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including being conversational, confident, friendly, and able to control dialogue.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help and assist others (customer-centric).
- Sales Mindset: Sales-oriented mindset with tenacity, willingness, and perseverance.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to overcome objections and influence decision-making.
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to learn new systems and in-house software and tools.
- Proficiency in keyboard and computer skills.
- Must be able to meet and consistently maintain minimum WiFi standards for efficient work and quality online connections.
- Minimum of 15+Mbps upload speed.
- Minimum of 50Mbps download speed.
- Latency of under 100ms.
- It is the employee's responsibility to troubleshoot and potentially upgrade their internet service to meet the minimum speed requirements.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in cold calling prospects.
- Comfortable with change and the ability to adjust/pivot in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience or interest in the financial services industry is a plus.
