Requirements

The Director, Google Customer Engagement Services Practice must have a visionary and results-driven approach to lead the growth and expansion of Google CES capabilities. This role requires strategic thinking, deep technical understanding of Google CES products (including Conversational Agents, Agent Assist, and Conversational Insights), strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills. Responsibilities

The Director will develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Google CES practice, driving growth in revenue, market share, and client adoption. Responsibilities include leading the entire lifecycle of solution development and delivery, establishing and managing KPIs, staying abreast of technological advancements, driving the creation of innovative solutions, and overseeing technical architecture and delivery excellence.
