We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our Global Surgical Solutions (GSS) team in Baden-Württemberg. This role focuses on presenting Baxter’s medical systems, enabling excellence in surgical procedures, and supporting healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Presenting the company and selling the assigned product portfolio, including new products, with responsibility for order intake and sales revenue.
  • Systematically identifying and acquiring new customers within the sales territory.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Providing technical and commercial support and consulting to customers, in coordination with the Service Organization to strengthen after-sales service.
  • Supporting the development of decision-making templates for framework agreements with purchasing groups and private clinic operators.
  • Analyzing customer, market, and competitive data and requirements within the sales territory, and identifying market potential and growth opportunities.
  • Continuously maintaining customer data and project data using a CRM system.
  • Identifying customer needs regarding the assigned product portfolio.
  • Regularly coordinating with relevant departments, especially the sales team from Sales Operations and Sales Support.
  • Guiding the introduction of new products and instructing customers on the application of the products.
  • Supporting trial orders and assisting with the installation and commissioning of products.
  • Conducting and participating in trade fairs/congresses/events.
  • Supporting the implementation of internal training programs and appointments with key and new customers (e.g., product workshops).
