Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience and a valid driver's license. Environmental/hazardous waste industry experience is preferred.
The Account Manager will maintain and retain existing Environmental Solutions customers by building long-term relationships and customer loyalty. They will develop a thorough knowledge of the company's services, pricing, and offers, perform contractual re-signs, and increase customer penetration by selling the full suite of Republic Services products. The role involves daily utilization of Salesforce for scheduling and documenting activities, collaborating with customer service and operations, meeting with the Sales Manager to review progress, and participating in company-sponsored activities and trade shows. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with Accounts Receivable as requested to maintain customer collections within established payment terms.
