Requirements

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to achieve sales targets by selling surgical ophthalmic products in the assigned territory. This involves building strong professional relationships with customers, promptly addressing their needs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through product demonstrations and support. Key duties include developing new business, maintaining and optimizing relationships with existing key customers, promoting and driving the utilization of appropriate products, and identifying equipment opportunities. The role also involves conducting competitive market analysis, organizing local meetings, providing feedback on competitor activities, and maintaining an excellent company image. Ensuring administrative duties are carried out efficiently, upgrading knowledge of company specialties, and maintaining relevant data in company systems are also part of the responsibilities.
