To strengthen our Front Line Care (FLC) team, we are seeking a Sales Representative (m/w/d) for the greater Hamburg area. You will be responsible for the sales of all products and services within the Front Line Care (Welch Allyn) product portfolio. Your role will involve developing sales and marketing strategies and maintaining contacts with medical and non-medical professional groups.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales targets for the assigned territory and implement the company strategy by generating growth.
  • Develop a business plan for the territory to achieve maximum sales and market penetration.
  • Develop and promote a strong brand in the region to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Support, train, and directly sell within the territory to ensure business, promotional, and sales strategies are defined and executed.
  • Coordinate the launch of multiple new products across the territory, directly with end-users and through independent representatives and distribution partners.
  • Manage key accounts within the territory and develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • University degree in natural sciences or a comparable commercial, clinical, or technical qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in medical device sales.
  • Medical or medical-technical knowledge, as well as experience in providing quotations.
  • IT skills (e.g., Outlook, CRM systems).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Language skills: Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken.
