Requirements

Candidates must possess 7+ years of implementation or functional experience in Workday Financial Management, along with 7+ years of consulting experience and 7+ years of expertise in General Ledger accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Expense Management, Cash Management, and Grants Management. This role requires a Principal Level (P5/P6) designation.

Responsibilities

The Principal Financial Consultant will contribute to the successful implementation of Workday’s financial solutions for healthcare customers by resolving client requirements through tailored Workday financial solutions, demonstrating configurations and supporting customer testing, participating in updated training and events, partnering with the Engagement Manager to ensure project outcomes, participating in customer prospect discovery sessions, mentoring team members, and collaborating with healthcare leadership to drive innovation and improvements in deployments.
