Requirements

The job requires a Bachelor's degree in BA or Naturwissenschaften, alternatively a medical education or equivalent professional experience in diagnostics, at least 3 years of experience in sales in the medical device industry, Pharmaindustry or similar, and fluency in German and English. Candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be result-oriented, structured, and resilient, and have strong problem-solving and customer orientation skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge and travel readiness (70-80%) are also required.

Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets and commercial planning, developing and implementing the Abbott RDx ID product portfolio, securing markets and customers, creating offers for clients, closing contracts, monitoring competitive activities, conducting product training, participating in conferences and exhibitions, and providing general customer support within the region.
