The Sales Representative will manage and exceed sales budgets within the assigned Massachusetts territory by developing strong customer and vendor relationships through direct sales efforts, demonstrations, and product detailing. This role involves making independent decisions, prospecting for new business, researching industry activity, introducing new products, managing pricing, negotiating, and maintaining accurate sales records. The representative will also communicate customer issues to management, inform customers about supply and price trends, assist with inventory control, and positively represent the company.
