Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical device capital equipment, or 8 years of relevant sales experience. The ability to reside in New Jersey and travel up to 60% overnight is also required.
The Sales Consultant will drive the strategic sales of capital products within the surgical solutions portfolio in their assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing and refining sales plans, forecasting, coordinating with support resources, executing the full sales cycle, identifying key opportunities through data analysis, and implementing consultative selling techniques to uncover customer needs and promote solutions.
