Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field preferred. They must have a minimum of two years of experience in construction, with roofing experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and materials, building codes, and safety regulations in Massachusetts is required, along with proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents. Furthermore, candidates need to be authorized to pull and close permits in Massachusetts, possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle, and be willing to travel statewide.

Responsibilities

The CSL Roofing Supervisor will oversee all aspects of roofing projects in Massachusetts, including conducting site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, monitoring safety practices and addressing deficiencies promptly, coordinating with clients to schedule work and provide project updates, ordering and managing inventory of roofing materials, ensuring compliance with local building codes and industry regulations, coordinating directly with local AHJ, assisting in pulling permits, posting permits, and ensuring timely close-out, troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues, and escalating issues or delays to the Roofing Division Manager. They will also be responsible for coordinating with the Roofing Division Manager and providing administrative support for remote work.
