Requirements

Candidates should possess a scientific degree or equivalent qualification, ideally a university degree, and have at least two years of experience as a qualified pharmaceutical representative, with specialized knowledge in diabetes and cardiology, and experience in practices and clinics. Experience in direct sales and strong sales skills with a focus on achieving goals are also required, along with social competence, teamwork skills, and networking abilities. Digital IT skills and effective use of modern communication channels for customer-oriented interactions are necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will conduct sales conversations with specialist groups in practices, clinics, and pharmacies (endocrinologists, internists, general practitioners, cardiologists, nephrologists, pharmacists), utilizing digital communication channels. They will implement sales and marketing strategies, develop and execute territory action plans and contact planning, organize and conduct training events, including digital ones, and contribute to the planning and execution of events and workshops.
