Position Overview

The Inmunotech Sales Representative 60600 will be responsible for promoting and marketing Eli Lilly's Inmunotech products in the assigned territory, meeting sales objectives, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan for their territory, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing coverage.
  • Regularly visit physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to present product information, answer questions, and provide technical support.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, presentations, and training for healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Inmunotech products, as well as competitors and market trends.
  • Efficiently manage the budget allocated for their territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, activities, and results in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other company departments (marketing, medical, etc.) to ensure the successful launch and promotion of products.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in sales within the pharmaceutical industry, covering both private and government segments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Native proficiency in Spanish.
  • Knowledge of English (desirable).
  • Availability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
