Candidates should possess at least 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong preference for experience in SaaS/Tech sales focused recruiting for Go-to-Market and US customers, and experience working with an Applicant Tracking System. A strong understanding of the current recruiting landscape in the pharmaceutical market (PK) is also required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, deliver consistent performance and KPI achievement in a remote environment, and be able to work during the hours of 12-9pm Pakistan time, Monday to Friday.
The Sales Recruiter will partner with recruiting and hiring managers to understand priority roles and search calibration for the Sales teams, conduct high volume full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing, build strong talent pipelines, consistently strive to exceed recruiting KPIs and individual targets, maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates, and establish trust with hiring managers while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
