Recruiting Partner - Sales

Position Overview

Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. Our Sales function is highly structured and performance-driven, and we are looking for a Recruiting Partner to elevate our talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone with experience in SaaS startup/tech recruiting, managing high-volume end-to-end recruitment, and a passion for building great teams with a strong emphasis on company culture and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiting and hiring managers to understand priority roles, position profiles, and search calibration for our Sales teams.
  • Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing for the sales organization.
  • Source and build strong talent pipelines, ensuring a robust top-of-funnel candidate pool.
  • Consistently strive to exceed all aspects of recruiting KPIs and individual targets.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for all open roles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • SaaS/Tech sales-focused recruiting experience for Go-to-Market and US customers is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Proven ability to build collaborative and supportive team environments.
  • Strong understanding of the current recruiting landscape in the Pakistan (PK) market.
  • Strong track record of establishing trust with hiring managers.
  • Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and grit to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent performance and KPI achievement in a remote environment.
  • Authorization to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
