Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in analytics, business operations, or consulting roles with a strong quantitative focus
  • Fluent proficiency in SQL
  • Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong analytical thinking and Excel skills
  • Solid understanding of analytics fundamentals: cohorting, segmentation, funnel analysis, unit economics, and forecasting logic

Responsibilities

  • Building dashboards for leaders and teams across Benepass, providing clear visibility into performance, customer trends, and operational health
  • Providing strategic insights through analysis of performance metrics, investigation of anomalies, and delivery of clear, data-backed narratives to guide decisions
  • Creating a standard data language by standardizing definitions across the company for terms like “churn,” “revenue,” or “active user”
  • Building consistent processes for metric calculations and ensuring all dashboards pull from a trusted, unified data layer
