Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, along with over 4 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy consulting, or the CPaaS industry. They must have a proven track record in managing sales operating rhythms like forecasting, MBRs, and QBRs, and have completed at least 2-3 annual planning cycles. Strong analytical processing, problem-solving, idea synthesis, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting data and insights to sophisticated audiences, are essential.

Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Business Partner will serve as the primary business partner to the VP of Sales in LATAM, supporting all Portuguese and Spanish-speaking countries. Responsibilities include managing Go-To-Market operating rhythms, preparing and running forecast calls, overseeing pipeline health and management, and conducting QBRs. The role involves proactively monitoring sales performance dashboards, leveraging data for insightful discussion documents, providing top-of-funnel support, and playing a key part in planning cycles, including territory carving and target validation. Additionally, they will develop in-region Go-To-Market strategies to drive revenue growth, pull ad-hoc reports to address business needs, and establish clear roles with peers for efficient support to revenue generation teams.
