Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience as a People Business Partner coaching and developing leaders in a fast-paced environment, with experience supporting Go-To-Market organizations. A strong understanding of HR fundamentals including employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, and engagement is required, along with outstanding project management and organizational skills, and a demonstrated track record of taking action and getting things done.

Responsibilities

The People Business Partner will act as the main People point of contact for assigned client groups, building trusted relationships with employees and leaders up to the Sr. Manager level. They will support key areas such as performance management, change management, employee relations, career growth, and manager development. The role involves using data to spot trends and share insights, coordinating and delivering core People programs like performance and talent reviews, and resolving employee relations matters with practical, compliant, and people-focused solutions. Additionally, they will contribute to People & Culture projects that strengthen company culture and improve work processes.
