Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related role, with a background in as-a-service, networking, or cloud computing businesses preferred. Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines, critical-thinking abilities to analyze complex problems and develop innovative strategies, and exceptional communication skills are essential. The ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships at all levels, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment is also required.

Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Analyst will conduct analyses and offer strategic insights to sales teams regarding customer pricing scenarios, and evaluate enhancements for custom pricing by updating record visibility. They will lead data-driven projects to improve customer-facing purchase processes, coordinate inter-departmental tasks within Sales Operations, and act as the primary liaison between Sales Operations and other decision-making departments. Responsibilities also include collaborating with Customer Success on service orders and manual service order records, overseeing the manual order process, maintaining the manual service order repository, and providing weekly order-related reporting. The role involves enhancing CRM hygiene, providing administrative support and backup within Sales Operations, investigating and resolving system and data issues, and gaining in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and operational systems.
